Jazz Encounters (JE) takes place every second Friday of the month, previously in the WDNA Jazz Gallery at WDNA Public Radio in Miami, FL. JE normally features a concert followed by an open jam focused on student musicians.
We are so excited to bring you a variation of this concert ONLINE!
Your ticket purchase goes directly to paying musicians and costs of producing the program.
If you watch one of the JE Online videos and want to give after the program is over, just buy a ticket for one of the future dates! It all goes into the same pot.
Nicole Yarling of the Jazz Education Community Coalition (JECC) produces Jazz Encounters in partnership with WDNA Public Radio.
Ticket sales and donations to support the program will go directly to the JECC account, so that Nicole can administer the funds to musicians, video editors, etc.
