Welcome to “Jazz With An Accent,” a captivating radio program hosted by the acclaimed Fernando Gonzalez, airing every Thursday at 7 PM on WDNA 88.9FM Serious Jazz Community Public Radio.

Jazz: A Global Language

Jazz, a quintessentially American art form, has evolved into a global language. Artists from around the world have embraced jazz, using its rich traditions to tell their unique stories and reimagine their musical heritage. Pianist Bill Evans once said, “Jazz is not a what; it’s a how.” This philosophy underscores the diverse and innovative spirit that “Jazz With An Accent” brings to your ears.
