Join WDNA’s Legacy Society with a Bequest in Your Will or Trust

Jazz, America’s classical music is a vital part of our cultural heritage. WDNA, 88.9FM is committed to continuing and sharing this heritage in South Florida and around the globe, by serving as a source for top notch jazz, Latin jazz, blues, and world music.

Planned giving allows you to play a foundational role in helping jazz thrive into the future, through WDNA. By creating a bequest in your will or trust, you help ensure the future of an American art form and public radio’s ability to shape and inform generations to come.

Below are three common ways of making a bequest, along with suggested language to be used. These are general bequests. We are also glad to designate your bequest towards a specific project of your interest.

Donate a Percentage of Your Estate:

I give and bequeath to Bascomb Memorial Broadcasting Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida and currently located at 2921 Coral Way,

Miami, FL, ___% of my estate to be used for the operation and management of its radio station and or in support of all its programs and projects.

Make A Specific Dollar Bequest:

I give and bequeath to Bascomb Memorial Broadcasting Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida and currently located at 2921 Coral Way, Miami, FL, the sum of $____ to be used for the operation and management of its radio station and or in support of all its programs and projects.

Give the Residue of Your Estate:

All (or a specific percentage) of the residue of my estate I give and bequeath to Bascomb Memorial Broadcasting Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida and currently located at 2921 Coral Way, Miami, FL, to be used for the operation and management of its radio station and or in support of all its programs and projects.

WDNA acknowledges your kind bequest through our Legacy Society, encouraging others to follow your example, unless you choose to remain anonymous.
