Montreux to Miami, the tradition and magic continues!

After a successful inaugural event, we are thrilled to return on February 28, March 1, and March 2, 2025 to our beautiful waterfront scenery and exceptional hospitality that captured the magic of the original Swiss festival.

This year, co-owner of the festival, five-time Grammy Award-winning and Academy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and composer Jon Batiste takes on an expanded role, curating the entire festival programming, including headline performances, special guest appearances, emerging artist showcases, and the Legendary Montreux Jam Sessions.

We are thrilled to reveal the first names of our stellar lineup for this year’s Montreux Jazz Festival Miami! Join us for three unforgettable nights, each headlined by remarkable artists. On Friday, February 28, 2025, the festival kicks off with a remarkable lineup featuring rising multi-instrumentalist Justin Lee-Schultz, followed by the dynamic alt-pop sensation WILLOW, and culminating in an extraordinary performance by Jon Batiste & Friends.

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, the stage will light up with British singer-songwriter Griff before the Queen of Funk Chaka Khan and the innovative, boundary-pushing singer, songwriter, rapper, and actress Janelle Monáe.

Closing the festival on Sunday, March 2, 2025, will be an electrifying an Afro-Cuban “La Descarga” (improvised jam session) hosted by Jon Batiste and breakout Cuban star and 2024 Latin GRAMMY Record of the Year nominee Cimafunk. This special performance will feature Chucho Valdés, Paquito D’Rivera, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Ibrahim Maalouf, Pedrito Martinez, Aymee Nuviola, Emily Estefan, Hamilton de Holanda, Sammy Figueroa, Yilian Cañizares, Yissy Garcia, Brenda Navarrete, Robe L Ninho, Victor Campbell, Yusa and Wampi, and many more. Also joining on Sunday is Cuban sensation Alfredo Rodriguez and Bogotá’s own Monsieur Periné, fellow 2024 Latin GRAMMY Record of the Year nominees featured on Cimafunk’s nominated track “Catalina.”
