Born and raised in Miami, FL, Rico has been influenced by the diverse culture that bleeds into the music scene. Picking up his first pair of drumsticks at an early age led to a drum machine in late 2013. Picking up guitar, bass, piano and other percussion instruments along the way has helped influence and shape him into the musician he is today through many different styles of music from jazz and classical to rock and reggae music. After spending some time in local cover bands he is now taking his talents to the studio, focused on sound engineering and music production.

Hosting a show on WDNA is an honor and he aims to provide an engaging and entertaining show for all listeners while remaining true to the essence of Fusion Latina.
